SPECIAL NOTE TO USERS OF GOOGLE CHROME®: Google Chrome® normally installs with its own PDF viewer plug-in enabled. However, for easier viewing, printing and saving of our documents, we recommend that you enable Chrome's® alternative PDF viewer plug-in. This process is quite simple. Just enter "About:Plugins" (without the quotation marks) in the Google Chrome® address bar. This will open the plug-in settings page. In the list of available plug-ins, look for the "Adobe Reader 9" plug-in (or some similar version number) and click on its enable button. That's all you need to do.
